INDIVIDUAL (PRIVATE) PSYCHOMETRIC ASSESSMENTS:

This practice charges medical aid rates.

As a Registered Psychometrist (Independent Practice) with the Health Professions Council of South Africa, A de Klerk is registered with the Board of Healthcare Funders (Practice Code 0834920) for medical aid claims.

Depending on your plan, costs may be claimed from your medical aid after receipt of payment.

​

Please note: Every medical aid scheme is different and your coverage will depend on your individual plan. Should you wish to check with your medical aid scheme if you are covered to claim, please contact me for the ICD-10 code and procedure code beforehand.
